All Wikis, regarding status, are welcomed to join the regular meeting. The meeting has a focus on updating progress, sharing experiences and think about the future of the Wiki.

A regular online 1-hour general meeting (general meeting) is held on the afternoon of every first Wednesday before the summer vacation begins. A reasonable number of representatives should be present to actively discuss the current progress and plans for future developments.
